Yoga Tea Candlelight Ceremony (Coming Soon)
Enjoy a gentle yoga class followed by a wonderful Tea Ceremony, workshop style.
The art of creating, drinking, and serving tea has great health and “connection” benefits . It inspires poetry and songs. Mutual love of tea cements lifelong friendships. For centuries, the ritual of preparing and serving tea has held a special place in the hearts and minds of aristocracy, court officials, intellectuals and poets.
A tea ceremony emphasizes the tea, rather than the ceremony — what the tea tastes like, smells like, and how you feel afterwards. Ceremony doesn’t mean that each server will perform the ritual the same way; it is not related to religion. Each step is meant to be a sensory exploration and appreciation. A chance to connect to the Earth in the way she was designed.
In this special ceremony, learn why tea is so important to the mind and body, how to create tea from scratch, where to purchase the most fresh and organic leaves/flowers/roots, and how to actually prepare your tea for optimal mind and health benefits. Two and a half hours of holistic personal time on the Self.
Go home with your own tea set, tea you blended, and feeling confident on how to approach tea for mental and physical health.
New Year’s Day YOGA Reset Workshop

Special “opening” yoga class followed by new intentions and releases!!
A Sanskrit word, sankalpa means “will, purpose, or determination.” To make a sankalpa is to set an intention. It’s like a New Year’s resolution with a yogic twist. While a resolution often zeroes in on a perceived negative aspect of ourselves (as in, “I want to lose weight, so no more chocolate chip cookies or ice cream or cheese”), a sankalpa explores what’s behind the thought or feeling (“I crave chocolate chip cookies or ice cream or cheese when I’m feeling stressed or sad. I will set an intention to become conscious of this craving and allow my feelings to arise and pass, rather than fill up on fats”).
It also praises the nobility of the effort rather than focusing on what you are doing wrong. New Year’s resolutions, this time with a conscious effort to reject the resolution rut. We will encourage ourselves to look back and let go, and to open the heart to new possibilities.
In this special workshop you will make up a mantra (a short repeated sound or phrase) and paint it onto your own Just Breathe sweatshirt. Take it home forever!!

Yin Yoga Social (coming soon)
A class that integrates Yin yoga with a community apps & Wine gathering. Works deeply into the muscles and connective tissues through extended holds of supportive, grounded postures. 1 Hour class is great for those looking to restore flexibility and/or work deeply into joints and tissues that are “locked-up” from past injuries or from repetitive motion. Yin Yoga specifically targets the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. The challenge from this class comes from staying deeply in a stretch for a systematic and medically approved period of time- by going beyond the point of wanting to “give-up” to the point of SURRENDER. The focus is less on strength building and more on restoration, de-stressing, and relaxation. All Levels Welcome. Watch the schedule- SPECIAL EVENT!!

Always wanted to learn about yoga? We have put together a 4 or 6-week series workshop that will not only teach you the yoga poses with modifications for you, it will also explain some of the mystery surrounding the whys, whens, and hows of this ancient physical journey.
- Comes with a binder of poses and a Great books
- Learn all the basic poses found in any yoga class & them some
- Learn breath work and breathing styles that is suitable for you and your health
- Learn key words and phrases; learn how to apply them to you and your life
- Be introduced to the Yoga Sutras and Chakras: How they integrate and how to apply/manipulate
- Learn how to meditate- YOUR way to meditate (we are all different beings physically)
- Be introduced to medicinal Holistic teas & spices
This workshop is YOURS. You learn what is appropriate for you. There is no fail. You show up, take what you need, and go home fulfilled!!
At the end of the series, you will have an intimate relationship with yoga and a list of all the best places for you to practice.
