Flow (vinyasa) yoga class for intermediate and advanced has an emphasis on strengthening the core and integrating the flexion of the spine. Class starts slowly with a chance to connect your mind to your body and slow the breath to a comfortable pace. Then you are guided to move with breath in a variety of standing, seated, twisting, and balancing postures, eventually ending with gentle restorative poses.
