Flow (vinyasa) Yoga

Flow (vinyasa) yoga class for intermediate and advanced has an emphasis on strengthening the core and integrating the flexion of the spine.  Class starts slowly with a chance to connect your mind to your body and slow the breath to a comfortable pace.  Then you are guided to move with breath in a variety of standing, seated, twisting, and balancing postures, eventually ending with gentle restorative poses.  At this time, the mind-body and spirit have joined and one can fully connect to a deep relaxation.

This class will help you shift from the chaos of the outside world into a beautifully “moving” meditation and finally to complete bliss.
