(aka Restorative Yoga) is for beginner, intermediate and advanced and works deeply into the muscles and tissues through extended SUPPORTED holding of a pose. These classes are great for those looking to restore flexibility and/or work deeply into joints and tissues that are “tight” or “compounded” from past injuries or repetitive motion. The focus is less on strengthening and more on restoration, de-stressing, and relaxation.
