Level 1- The Beginner Yogi. Usually has attended less than 10 classes. Also appropriate for those with physical limitations.
Level 2- Intermediate Yogi. For those with a healthy, steady practice of six months to a year. Also appropriate for those with slight physical limitations.
Level 3- Advanced Yogi. For those with an ongoing personal practice in Yoga and its philosophy, or for instructors who have taken the most powerful classes (Hot, Flow, Athletic) without injury or suffering.

Yoga is a very personal practice and individual journey for everyone who steps onto the mat.Everyone has their reason; some people use it as a form of exercise, for some it is a time of introspection and meditation and others as a form of social enrichment. No matter what gets you on the mat, remember it is an uplifting practice that promotes physical health and mental well-being. Beginner Yoga classes are really for everyone and a great place to start. It will give you a good foundation with introduction to basic yoga poses, breathing techniques and overall personal awareness. Gradual progression within your Yoga journey will begin to unfold all in YOUR time. When your current classes begin to feel too easy, feel free to advance up to the next level.
